Tender description
The provision of messaging services to patients (and others) for the purposes of, for example, appointment notifications and reminders, cancellations, Friends and Family Tests, medication reminders, etc. Messaging services to mobile telephones, e.g. Short Message Services (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Services (MMS). Messaging services to computers, e.g. Electronic Mail (email) services. Automated voice messages to a land-line or mobile telephone, e.g. Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Use of agent to make calls to land-line or mobile telephones. This lot will comprise any or all of the services provided within lots 1 to 4 with, potentially, linked services to provide an all-encompassing messaging service.
