Tender description

Essential software support for SPD freeze dryers from now until such time that all three freeze dryers have been wholly replaced or until software has been replaced / upgraded to be compatible with NIBSC network - this is estimated to take at least six years. PM Group set up the current system originally (wrote the software) and are familiar with NIBSC IT processes, however a formal service contract was not put in place. Support has not been guaranteed which is not acceptable for such critical items of equipment.
