This contract award notice for 2 Lots of service provision across Hampshire (one contract per Lot) of Extra-care service provision. Lot 1 (Eastleigh) consists of service provision at 4 extra-care schemes. Lot 2 (New Forest) consists of service provision at 3 extra-care schemes. The Council is commissioning services that provide stability and consistent availability of service provision, including at night. Provide consistently good quality care. Ensure individuals' safety, protection from harm, and social inclusion. Work effectively with those seeking to access extra-care, scheme accommodation providers, the District and County Councils to facilitate effective and appropriate access. Lot 1 (Eastleigh) consists of service provision at 4 extra-care schemes. The contract for Lot 1 (Eastleigh) will have an initial term of 4 years with scope at the Authority's discretion for periods of extension not exceeding 2 years and 7 months in total. Lot 2 (New Forest) consists of service provision at 3 extra-care schemes. The Council is commissioning services that — Provide stability and consistent availability of service provision, including at night. — Provide consistently good quality care — Ensure individuals' safety, protection from harm, and social inclusion.— Work effectively with those seeking to access extra-care, scheme accommodation providers, the District and County Councils to facilitate effective and appropriate access.
