Tender description

Wolfson Hillel Primary School is an orthodox Jewish school. The School was opened 24 years ago but the building is approximately 100 years old. The school has 480 children and approximately 80 staff on site every day. The school also leases an area to a private nursery (Stars Nursery) and this area is to be included in the cleaning contract. Currently the School currently operates an AM clean but from April 2017 is looking to move to a PM clean in the school and AM for Stars Nursery. The schools occupied and common areas are some 5 692 m²; more detail on this and site plans will be available when the ITT is issued.
