Road-marking equipment

Tender description

Dorset County Council, along with Cornwall Council as a collaborative partner, are seeking a sole supplier for the application and removal of road markings and installation and removal of road studs (to include traffic management). The estimated annual expenditure is in the region of 300 000 GBP per annum for Dorset and 800 000 GBP per annum for Cornwall, however, there is no guaranteed level of expenditure. The programme of works will be determined by the Councils annual budgets and is subject to annual variations and the established programmes are also subject to amendments throughout the duration. The contract will be for an initial period of 5 years, followed by 5 years of optional extensions (subject to satisfactory performance) in the form of 2 years + 2 years + 1 year.
