Tender description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest for the supply of Traffic Signage to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council. This will consist of directional, regulatory, warning and temporary road signs and orders will be raised for delivery to the Council's depot, Hellaby, Rotherham. The anticipated total spend is in the region of 50 000 GBP per annum, however this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upwards or downwards depending on actual future needs. The framework will be awarded initially for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of the Council for a further 2 years, each on a year by year basis. The intention is to award to a single supplier, however if 1 supplier cannot meet the Council's requirements then it will be awarded to additional participant(s).
