Tender description
LMH own a significant number of properties which are classes as hard-to-treat cavity wall. LMH would like to insulate the properties to provide warm homes for customers and increase the SAP rating of the stock. Ideally LMH would apply internal or external wall insulation to the properties to ensure maximum thermal efficiency. However, this option is not financially viable for LMH at this point in time.
