To provide a bookable community based phlebotomy service for children aged 1 – 12 years across Nottingham City, delivered by appropriately skilled individuals to include: •Taking blood samples as required, based on medical need for investigations. •Recording blood tests electronically (this must be auditable). •Safe storage of blood samples, ready for transportation to the pathology laboratory for analysis.
