Tender description
The City of London is placing a Long Term Agreement with insurers for Property Insurance including Business Interruption and Contractors All Risk Insurance. The Long Term Agreement will run for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in 1 year extensions (3+1+1). Material Damage and Business Interruption insurance for the City of London's property portfolio (operational, investment and residential estates) including terrorism on an all risks basis. All Risks and Terrorism insurance for Works in Progress, including goods and site materials, as required under contract conditions.
