Tender description

Cherwell District and South Northamptonshire Councils are seeking to procure a HR and Payroll system provider. The system needs to encompass the entire HR and Payroll delivery of the joint councils of CDC and SNC. The system would also need the capacity to support the continued delivery of HR and Payroll to any third-parties, such as Daventry District Council (DDC), and the ability to scale up to support other organisations or businesses that may wish to opt for CDC/SNC to run their HR and Payroll as a service.
