Parks and Open Spaces Framework Agreement

The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames has a local and national reputation for quality and leadership in the delivery of excellent parks.The Council have implemented a framework for the provision of services related to Parks and Open Spaces. Tenderers will be able to bid for a single or multiple lots. The Framework Agreement holds an estimated value of GBP 60,000,000 and a guaranteed estimated call off value of GBP 8,240,000. Other Local Authorities will have the opportunity to call off of this framework agreement. In October 2017 the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames and Wandsworth Borough Council entered into a shared staffing arrangement which has implemented the creation of a single senior management structure across the two authorities. Due to this Wandsworth Borough Council will also have equal access to call off this framework agreement.
