Tender description
Leicester City Council is expanding the range of office recyclables currently collected in its premises to mixed plastics (plastic bottles, pots, tubs and trays), metals (cans/tins), paper/card and glass (bottles/jars). In order to achieve this, the purchase of 360 litre plastic wheeled bins is required to collect the recyclables. The total number required is 430 bins. The Authority wishes to ensure that its procurement opportunities are open to small and micro local enterprises and voluntary and community sector organisations as it appreciates the very important role they play in the local economy.
