PAN1370 LLEP Local Growth Fund Evaluation

Tender description

The contract to undertake a Theory of Change evaluation for the Local Growth Fund has been awarded to a single supplier. It is anticipated that the research will help to provide an understanding of the following: 1. What change in the wider economy can be anticipated / expected through the local growth fund programme, looking at proximate and wider/unintended effects? 2. How can the LLEP and/or the Project Sponsors best quantify that change? 3. To what extent can the LLEP/Project Sponsors claim attribution in the wider economic context, recognising that outcomes are not yet achievable, 4. What learning can be determined from the delivery of the LGF that can inform the LLEP on the type of projects most suitable to specific funding routes? 5. What would improve the delivery of outputs and achievement of outcomes in the LGF 6. The LLEP would also be interested in any specific thematic observations determined from the study, for example, how skills interacts with regeneration projects
