The Framework Agreement is for the supply of Sensory Equipment for deaf, hard of hearing and visually impaired people who live in Manchester. The equipment is aimed at enabling independence within the home and is provided to the customer following an assessment of need carried out by Manchester City Council's Sensory Team. The Council is using the e-business portal known as THE CHEST www.the-chest.org.uk to conduct the procurement exercise. To gain access to the invitation to tender documents, tenderers will need to register their company details at the above website.
