Occupational Health Services & Employee Assistance Programme

Tender description

Shepway District Council (the Council) wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of occupational health services and employee assistance programme and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements. The Council is seeking to award two contracts: one for Occupational Health services (Lot 1) and one for an Employee Assistance Programme (Lot 2). Both contracts are linked to effective absence management and enhancing health and wellbeing of staff and it is noted that interested parties are likely to bid for both services. The Council may offer one party to provide both services as one contract or two parties providing the occupational health services and employee assistance programme independently, however quotes for each lot will be evaluated separately. The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Specifications at APPENDIX Ai and APPENDIX Aii. It should be noted that by submitting a quotation, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements. Interested suppliers must log in to the Kent Business Portal (www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk) and 'Express Interest' to download the Invitation to Quote documents. The Contracts are anticipated to commence upon 1st January 2017 and will continue for a period of 36 months with a possibility to extend for not more than an additional 24 months unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
