Tender description
Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council is acting on behalf of the 11 NI Councils to appoint a Contractor to provide centralised marketing services to support the delivery of the new Northern Ireland Business Start Up Programme. NIBSUP. Timescale for this contract will reflect the programme duration which will be 3.5 years, commencing in 2017, with an option to extend the contract for up to an additional 1.5 years.
