The Contracting Authority proposes awarding a contract for The Provision of Engine and Transmission Lube Oil for a 3 year period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this contract(s) for a further period of 12 or 24 months. The purpose of this Pre Qualification Questionnaire is to obtain sufficient information to enable the Contracting Authority to evaluate the suitability of applicants with the necessary resources and capacity to achieve the contract objectives. This will be a negotiated procedure. It is the intention of the Contracting Authority to award this contract to one supplier. if this is not feasible the contract may be awarded to more than 1 supplier.
