Long Term Community Service for an Individual Service User

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council would like to: • Identify potential providers, with the relevant skills and experience, who may be interested in tendering for a long term community service (it is anticipated that contract award would be for up to 10 years to minimise disruption to the individual being supported). • Understand what additional information, help and support may be required from providers in order to deliver this service. The options we wish to explore for this individual are: 7 days living in family home with support (2 staff at all times in the first instance - this may reduce over time) 3 days living in family home with support (2 staff at all times in the first instance - this may reduce over time) with the individual living in residential care for the remaining 4 days. This market test is relating to the community support element only.
