Provision of replacement polymerase chain reaction cycler. Replacement of Polymerase chain reaction Cycler to existing pool of machines. Current machines have been validated and assessed through ADRG and ISO for use for our reference service. They provide a flexible format to cheaply and easily test small / large numbers of samples. The format enables quick testing of urgent samples when the results are required to treat clinical cases in life threatening situations. The current set-up means it does not exhibit fluorescence bleed so the results are always clear and robust. It enables the high resolution melt assay for single nucleotide polymorphisms assays. All tests are validated on this platform — historical data has been created using this platform to show results are accurate and robust.
