Architectural, Lead Design and Contract Administration Services for the conservation, restoration and re-ordering of the Grade 1 Listed Kelmscott Manor and Estate. Architectural Services are to include all necessary design services and sub consultants including, but not limited to, structural, civil and mechanical & electrical engineering.
