Tender description
The Council requires the provision of insurance services for all areas of its services and operations, including leisure services involving Alive Management Ltd (a wholly owned Council subsidiary) and Alive Leisure Trust (a registered charity responsible for leisure service provision in the Council's area). Arthur J. Gallagher have been appointed as broker to the Council for any insurer that does not deal direct with the insured party. The Council will deal direct with any insurer the does not deal through brokers, if they come top in the evaluation of any of the lots within this tender.
