Tender description
Appropriately placed organisations are invited to make an Expression of Interest to be involved in stakeholder engagement activities in preparation for a future procurement of a District Wide, Independent Advocacy Service. Through this procurement it is the intention of Bradford Metropolitan District Council to exercise the statutory duty placed on it through the Care Act 2014, the Mental Health Act 2007 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 to provide an Independent Advocacy support service to those deemed eligible and in need of support by establishing one or more contracts for this service. Organisations expressing an interest in this future opportunity may be contacted independent of the Yortender portal and invited to take part in stakeholder activities.
