Tender description

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (BDBC) are seeking to commission pilots for social inclusion and homelessness services for 2017- 2019 to best meet local needs and deliver positive outcomes. The pilots have come about following agreement between BDBC and Hampshire County Council, whereby grant funding previously attributable to Supporting People will be combined with BDBC's own revenue resources. The tender consists of 4 Lots, namely: Lot 1 — Social Inclusion Partnership Fund-raising, Income Generation and Campaigns; Lot 2 — Emergency Access Homelessness Accommodation and Support; Lot 3 — Community Homelessness Prevention Floating Support; and Lot 4 — Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM) Rough Sleeper Outreach. To work closely with partners of the Social Inclusion Partnership (SIP) to co-ordinate and lead on fund-raising, campaigns and income generation which benefits people who are homeless and promotes social inclusion.
