Wales and West Utilities, Northern Gas Networks and Northumbrian Water are seeking expressions of interest from potential suppliers that can: Supply Polyethylene Pipes and Fittings for use in Gas transportation (up to 7Bar) with a Diameter range of 16 mm to 630 mm. Supply Polyethylene Pipes and Fittings for use in Potable Water Transportation (up to 16Bar) with a Diameter range of 20 mm to 500 mm. 2 gas transportation companies, Wales and West Utilities Ltd (WWU) and Northern Gas Networks Operations Ltd (NGNOL) and 1 Water company Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL) are combining procurement activities for the supply of Polyethylene Pipe and Fittings as described in this Notice, which is anticipated to culminate in three or more discrete contracts. Applicants must note that by expressing an interest, they are expressing an interest in supplying All utility companies (WWU, NGNOL and NWL). However, no commitment is made at this stage that any of the utility companies will proceed to contract. The process is being managed for all companies at this stage by WWU. All requests to participate should be submitted via e-mail to wwuprocurement@wwutilities.co.uk so you can be invited to formally express an interest to participate in this sourcing event on WWU's esourcing platform Bravosolution. The contract term will be 3 to 8 years depending on extension options.
