Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services

Tender description

The Guinness Partnership Limited (TGPL) provides homes and housing services to around 60 000 householdsand deliver over 10 000 hours of care every week. TGPL is seeking to appoint up to 6 suppliers for the provision of Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services in the properties managed by TGPL. The initial term of the contract is three years with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. The contract is to include the inspection, testing, maintenance and cleaning of emergency lighting luminaries; fire detection and alarm systems; portable fire fighting equipment; dry and wet riser systems; automatic opening vents and smoke extraction systems; automatic sprinkler systems; door restraint catches and hold open devices and automatic fire curtains.
