We require 250 food premises inspections completing between 16/01/17 and 31/03/17 and the work is a mix of C & D risk rated premises. A consultant (a food competent officer as defined by the FSA Code of Practice) will be required to undertake the inspection, draft the subsequent report and establish the food hygiene rating.
