The range of focussed outcome related services include but are not limited to: Vocational qualifications Vendor Qualifications Motivational Courses Mentoring Case Management Employer Engagement Job Brokerage Job coaching Work tasters/placements/trials Client assessments Job search skills — including CV preparation Vocational guidance and advice Management Information Sector-based skills training Workforce development Community engagement Employability related health interventions — condition management In-school employability programmes Vocational development programmes.
