Tender description

Provision of services for a Prison Officers Graduate Scheme including the recruitment of candidates, and delivery of a 2 year programme of leadership development training for 3 cohorts of accepted candidates (1 cohort per year). Recruitment of first cohort commences Late 2016 for cohort entry into scheme September 2017. A framework agreement, the duration of which exceeds 4 years: The agreement will cover only 3 cohorts. Each cohort constitutes a 3 year cycle (1 year recruiting, 2 years training and the program) and therefore the final cohort, under this agreement, will finish beyond the 4 year duration. However, in the event that the program continues, the competition for a supplier to support the next series of cohorts will take place during year 3 of this agreement and the subsequent recruitment and first year of the program for the fourth cohort, under the new agreement, would run in parallel to the final 2 years of this agreement. For competition purposes, it is a 4 year agreement.
