Tender description
The City of London Corporation (the Authority) is seeking Fine Art insurance services which have been grouped into the following 2 lots: 1 — Fine Art — Permanent Collection. 2 — Fine Art — Barbican Centre Exhibitions (Incoming Exhibitions) and Barbican International Enterprises (Touring Exhibitions). The Authority is looking to enter into Long Term Agreements with the successful Bidder(s). Fine Art — Permanent Collection. Insurance cover for all risks of physical loss or damage including full terrorism cover for permanent collection of works of art on City of London premises including silverware, books and manuscripts and musical instruments and cover for temporary incoming exhibitions. Fine Art — Barbican Centre and Barbican International Enterprises. Insurance cover for all risks of physical loss or damage including full terrorism cover for temporary exhibitions at the Barbican Centre and for worldwide touring exhibitions curated by Barbican International Enterprises.
