Tender description

London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) has a Corporate Property Portfolio of approximately 5000 properties/sites. Within this Portfolio there are currently approximately 200 maintained locations which form our Hard Services contract. Our current Corporate Property asset database is out of date and incomplete. Building Services in conjunction with Asset Data Management are looking to carry out a high level property asset capture, verification and condition survey covering the 200 locations as indicated in Appendix A - Location List - Portal Version - 22-11-2016. The asset capture will include fabric, mechanical and electrical fixed assets associated to each property and grounds where applicable
