Tender description

Wychavon District Council are seeking contractor quotations for replacing the roof covering to Chawson Barn Community Centre, Droitwich WR9 0AQ. The works to include in brief - removal of existing tiles, full re-tile to main building using new materials, full re-roof to open sided building using retained tiles. The contractor will be required to supply all necessary plant and materials, including the provision of access equipment and workforce welfare arrangements. Contractors will be required to provide evidence of employer’s liability and public liability insurance cover of at least £5 million, Health & Safety documentation and method statements, demonstrate suitable experience and supply a minimum of 2 recent references for work of a similar scale and detail.
