Tender description
Norfolk County Council wishes to contract for a car park management service at a site in Norwich. It is expected the Council will derive an income from this service on a profit share basis. It is anticipated this will be for 5 years or such longer period as the council would reasonably need to recoup any investment made by it to prepare the car park for use.
