Building and facilities management services

Tender description

The Council has joined the Tri Boroughs' total facilities management contract and framework agreement (let by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, the City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea) as allowed for in the OJEU Contract Notice referred to herein and in full compliance with all relevant EU legislation. Please note that this is an Award Notice and we are not inviting expressions of interest. Services include (but are not limited to): Hard Facilities Management (including reactive repairs, maintenance, security, landscaping maintenance), Soft facilities management services (including catering, bookings, cleaning, pest and waste, reception security mail and reprographics services), Managed Services (including health and safety, risk management). Help-desk and Computer Aided Management (including help-desk and car parking), Management and Administration (including contract management and KPIs) and Strategic Property as detailed in OJEU Contract Notice 2011/S 213-347911, subsequent Award Notice 2013/S 119-204204 and relating to CPV codes contained therein.
