Tender description

Barnhill Estate - Pitched roof covering renewals and associated works to numerous properties on the Barnhill Estate. The following works are to be undertaken to provide pitched roof covering renewals, upgraded loft insulation, removal of Finlock gutters and associated work to properties in Barnhill Estate, Hayes, UB4. The scheme incorporates 55 No. street properties and 2 No. three storey blocks. A full list of the properties can be found in Appendix A. Upon completion of the works the contractor shall provide a 15 year guarantee for the roof coverings, to include design liability, condensation risk and weather tightness between products. Length of contract - The works duration is anticipated to be in the region of 24 weeks on site with works to be potentially staggered across all sites.
