Tender description

Brunel University London intends to procure a contract for the provision of architectural consultancy and design services in connection with the design and build of a new learning teaching centre ("LTC") on its University campus in Uxbridge. The LTC will be a new state of the art facility for learning and teaching which will be situated and create a new "Student Heart" at the centre of the Campus. The Services which will be required in the Appointment include: • architectural and related services; • lead consultant services; • principal designer services as defined in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. The expected value of the LTC project as a whole is £50,500,000.00. The estimated value for this procurement is between £1,000,000.00 and £2,000,000.00 exclusive of VAT.
