Tender description

"Award Notice" Isle of Anglesey County Council ‘The Council’ seeks a suitable consultancy team, led by a Conservation Accredited Architect, for a multi-disciplinary team in developing the Market Hall project beyond the present RIBA stage E report, initially through to Stage H (tender action) and then through to Stage L (completion and handover). This will build upon the work undertaken as part of a recently successful Round 2 Heritage Grant application (HG-14-06802) to the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) securing 2 425 000 GBP towards the project within a tight programme for the remaining design and tender stage, having received the ‘permission to start’ in recent weeks.
