Tender description

The potential for a future tender will look to base performance data on the FBI Protocol Test. The following calibres MAY be included: 9 mm. — 223/5.56 mm. — 308/7.62 NATO. (others to be identified as appropriate). The intention would be to also request ballistically matched training cartridges with a preference (if possible) to lead free or non-toxic and with a bullet that has a totally encapsulated nose and base (e.g. TMJ) and also frangible in design. Any ammunition would need to function with MPS weapons. No information/response is required to this notice. This is simply a market engagement exercise.
