Tender description

SCDC are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to operate the 24 hour alarm call monitoring service across the 43 sheltered schemes. SCDC also have a community lifeline service for the wider district. SCDC have used the services of lone worker monitoring in the past, and for the purposes of this tender require a price for a lone worker call monitoring service. The contract is for a period of 3 year contract with the option to extend for each and every year up for a further 2 years (5 year term in total).
