The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) is to invite tenders for the provision of Design Consultancy Services for Union Terrace Gardens Redevelopment. You are requested to act as Lead Consultant and assemble a team of professional practitioners capable of providing all disciplines of the design service and submit an offer to carry out a full design process to deliver detailed designs, site surveys, market research, business case studies, the procurement of the necessary works contracts and the contract administration of the contract during the entire construction process. The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) is to invite tenders for the provision of Design Consultancy Services for Union Terrace Gardens Regeneration (7741) for specialist consultants to prepare detail design proposals for Union Terrace Gardens along with a phasing and delivery strategy, consultation strategy, technical feasibility studies, detailed business case and maintenance plans.
