Revenue and Benefits are currently using Capita software version 75.0 for the following modules. Rochdale is extending support and maintenance with Capita for 7 year, 1.4.2017 - 31.3.2024. Support agreement includes software patches and upgrades only. Benefits: Education Benefits update, LL Assessment details, LL Payment, LL eSchedules, CTS Modelling, and Profiling Tool, Quality Assurance, RBV Claims Capita Council Tax: Bailiff interface, Bankruptcy, Building Works, Enforcement and Recovery. Capita Business Rates: Bailiff, BIDs Module, Retention. Advantage Digital Portal: 3rd Party Login, Arrangement eNotifications, Change Address, eBilling (CT & NDR), Education Benefits, eNotifications (Benefits)Reminders and eFinals, eReviews, Landlord Access, Online Arrangements Authentication and Direct Debit Online SPD, Reporting. Total Mobile: Benefits Interventions, Benefits Fraud, Council Tax. Generic R&B solutions: ADDACS & ARRUD, Arrangements Manager, EDM integration. The contracting authority will incorporate a 30 calendar day period at the point information on the intended award of the contract is communicated. This period allows time to seek further information before the contract is entered into. If a valid appeal is sort the award of the agreement will not be successful and a formal procurement exercise will take place.
