Cheshire East Council is in the early stages of the development of a specification for the provision of Translation & Interpretation Services. Prior to formulating any formal procurement opportunity, the Council seeks input from the market as to what might be the most potentially attractive way of packaging and scoping any future procurement opportunity. It is purely investigatory in nature although it may be used in helping define a specification for the procurement It is important to make it clear that the Council is undertaking SOFT MARKET TESTING and is under no obligation to follow up the Soft Market Testing in any way or with any of the interested parties. The Council is committed to ensuring fairness, openness and transparency and to following EU procurement regulations. This advertisement is issued solely for the purpose of conducting a soft market testing exercise and does not constitute any commitment by the Council to undertake any public procurement exercise in the future. Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the soft market testing exercise or any future public procurement process that the Council may conduct.
