Tender description

The objectives of this commission are in two stages. Stage 1 is to carry out intrusive site investigation works, traffic study and viability report to determine the viability for housing on the site. If the site is viable Stage 2 is to complete all surveys, reports and studies (e.g. ecological, FRA, archaeology) to submit an outline planning application for up to 204 homes by the end of September 16 and secure outline planning approval by February 17.
