SADC The Renewal of The EPDM Surface of the Splash Park at the Verulamium Park

Tender description

The proposed Contractor is to provide a fixed priced tender for the renewal of the EPDM surface to the Splash Park in the Verulamium Park St Albans. It is envisaged that all Tenderers will be specialist rubber safety surfacing contractors as this is the entire scope of the works required. The proposed Contractor is to provide a fixed priced tender to supply and install rubber safety surfacing at the Slash Park in Verulamium Park. This is a historical site. No disturbance of the ground is allowed. Dependant of ground conditions protection must be used if light vehicles and plant are used on the grassed area. The Contractor will be responsible for all damage caused to the park by the works. Heavy plant, vehicles or waste containers are not allowed onto the grassed areas of the park The Contractor is to visit site with Supervising Officer prior to submitting his tender. Failure to comply with this will invalidate the tender. Tenders must be returned in hard copy only by 12 noon on Friday 27th January 2017. Enquiries on this project should be submitted via In-Tend
