Tender description

Provide management of citizens panel and associated research for Aberdeenshire council. Undertake telephone satisfaction surveys of residents with regards to the provision of council services. Undertake the following: 1. Satisfaction survey of all council tenants. 2. Rent Consultation Survey. 3. Satisfaction Survey of a sample set of council tenants. 4. Regular (quarterly) surveys to specific groups of customers. Agree scope, logistics, and develop the questionnaire, including appropriate profiling questions, which will include at least 1 on site meeting with representative of the council's Housing Service; Undertake survey fieldwork (including postal, face to face, focus group, telephone and online completion options). Undertake Data analysis, Reporting and dissemination of findings including at least one meeting onsite with representative of the council's Housing Service. Arrange, manage and conduct focus groups on behalf of the council or CPP. Other ad-hoc research. Manage a citizens panel of circa 1 250 people for Aberdeenshire council. Monitor response rates and recruit new members as required. Provide input into survey questionnaires and time-frames etc. Prepare and Issue all documentation required. Collate responses and prepare and issue report to Aberdeenshire council.
