Tender description

The Authority, is inviting tenders in respect of a Term Contract for the provision of disposal and/or treatment capacity for residual waste as well as rubble/stone by a suitably skilled, resourced and experienced economic operator. Midlothian Council, is inviting tenders in respect of a Term Contract for the provision of disposal and/or treatment capacity for residual waste as well as rubble/stone by a suitably skilled, resourced and experienced economic operator. Options as to the exact method of waste treatment, recovery or disposal are left with the Contractor. The Contract is for a relatively short period of time, less than 2 years, as the Authority is committed to supply its residual waste streams to the treatment facility currently in development at Millerhill, Midlothian.
