Tender description
The Council wishes to adopt a Managed Service arrangement for the procurement of their agency workers using Lot 3 of the MSTAR2 Framework Agreement. A Managed Service will involve appointing a single provider to be responsible for the co-ordination of the Council’s agency needs. The Managed Service Provider (MSP) will act as one point of contact for agency requirements. NB: Lewisham Homes (ALMO) may wish to be part of this arrangement, so for the avoidance of doubt the ‘Council’ will cover both Lewisham homes and LB Lewisham.
