Tender description

Newport City Council invites tenders for the provision of Flying Start Playgroup places in the geographical boundaries of Newport in accordance with Welsh Government policy and guidelines. Provision of Flying Start Playgroup Places in accordance with the specification within the tender documents at Carnegie Library Annex for an education year as follows: Term 1 — 33 children Term 2 — 30 children Term 3 — 28 children Children numbers can change by +/-2. Provision of Flying Start Playgroup places for one education term only in accordance with the specification within the tender documents as follows: Term 1 — 18 children Children numbers can change by +/-2. Provision of Flying Start Playgroup Places in accordance with the specification as detailed in the tender documents at Newport East Community Centre in an education year as follows: Term 1 — 24 children Term 2 — 29 children Term 3 — 27 children Child numbers can vary by +/-2.
