The PHA wishes to invite applications from Tenderers to develop and deliver a 3 year pilot with the option to extend for 2 periods of 12 months. Community Active Travel programme to support people living in 12 disadvantaged communities in Belfast to walk and cycle as part of their everyday lives. This initiative will be taken forward as part of the Belfast Active Travel Plan which was developed by the Belfast Strategic Partnership.
