Tender description

The National Physical Laboratory, the UK's national measurement institute, is currently reviewing its overall Digital Strategy and as part of that is running a project to redevelop our web presence. As part of a refocusing of NPL's organisational priorities the current site will be mothballed and a completely new infrastructure and content model will be put in place.
