Tender description

Tate is seeking companies to provide Marketing Automation software platform for a multi-year term. Tate requires a project to configure the Marketing Automation software, and integrate it with Tate's customer data stores. Following go-live Tate requires application support services for the platform. A Marketing Automation tool that will integrate with an existing back-end Customer Master Database and facilitate the targeting and delivery of regular and campaign based marketing messages (e.g. email, social media messaging) to Tate's audience. The system should include message templating, delivery and engagement measurement, and standard API access for integration with other enterprise systems. Tate has a strong preference for technology solutions delivered as a service rather than requiring hosting. Services to initially configure and implement a Marketing Automation software tool. An application support agreement to support the implementation in production. An on-going framework agreement to support future implementation projects elated to the Marketing Automation software.
